What is the Booking process?

 

Simply use the form on this page to select your group size. You will then be directed to pick your trek date, and follow through with your payment. If you have any questions, contact us at: JTREE@tctreks.com

You will then receive a confirmation email, which you will present to TCTREKS upon arrival for your trek.

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

 

Any cancellation request received 7 days prior to your trek will qualify for a full refund.

Any cancellation requested less than 7 days before your trek, will receive a 75% refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
